Let’s talk about companion planting today. Companion planting is an old method to provide balance in the garden. Some companion plants deter pests and others just help the natural growth of the plants.
This most recent summer was my first time paying attention to companion planting and I feel it did rather well for the mot part!

Below is a chart I have made up where you’ll find the vegetable type, what other plants it does well with, as well ones it does poorly with. This is a fantastic chart to have come spring time! Some of you have probably started seeds, but many of us midwesterners are only day dreaming about gardening yet! So excited to start soon!

I have been looking into companion planting and want to give it a try this year. Thanks for the chart!
Thanks for this! We have a huge garden and each year try to improve upon it.
Wow! God is so faithful! My hubs and I were just talking about this seasons garden and what encouraging/complimenting plants to put together. Thank you! 😊
I’m so happy to hear this! I hope it helps!
